About

Hello reader! I guess we should introduce ourselves and catch you up on where we’re up to in life… My name is Cindy and my husband’s name is Jason. Jason is an Anglican Minister at St Marys Anglican Church, and at the moment I teach RAD Ballet here and there from 3 year olds through to 18+ We live out West (where it’s best- although cold) and we are at church at St Marys Anglican Church St Marys where we do some youth, music ministry, bible study leading, school scripture and anything else that needs doing. Jason has a preaching and leading role on Sundays too. We weren’t always in ministry, I used to be a high school Dance English (Music, History and Geography) Teacher, Jason a Business Analyst for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Some of Jason’s interests is Opera, Heavy Metal, Gothic and alternative culture, World of Warcraft, Dungeons and Dragons and Warhammer (he has a Wood Elf and works on a Elder and recently acquired Dark Elf Army). Some of my interests are Music (all different types bar the daggy type of country), Singing, Dance (particularly Ballet and Contemporary, but like musical theatre too), making Jewellery, baking- especially making and decorating cakes and cupcakes, and have a love for tea. I love visiting tea rooms and ‘cupcakeries’ around the tracks with friends.  I love craft as well! I guess what we hope to achieve by this blog is a catch up on what we’re up to for our friends, thoughts about theology and ministry, and hopefully interactions with you!

    Hi Cindy and Jason,

I read your story and love how you are so passionate about your beliefs. Like Jason, I initially followed the corporate path of economics and finance, but gave it up to study science and now i’m in medical research. I like finding people who follow their passions and am always fanscinated to hear how they reach their “destination”.
